Why is there a drop in sales?
Glancing at the decline in the number of unique buyers from June, the drop in sales volume led to a drop in digital collectible transaction counts, with 467 unique buyers and 612 transactions.
In April 2022, the first month of Moonbirds sales, there were 11,741 unique buyers, which equated to 15,909 transactions. The NFT sold approximately $485.22 million in April.
Sales volume fell by $469.8 million when sales fell below $10 million. The average sale price in June was $25,205, a 17 percent decrease from the $30,500 in April.
