Metaverse real estate has come a long way since its inception. The industry is becoming more sophisticated with each passing day, and there are even people who want to create visual experiences both in reality and on the internet.

The Reflection Manor is one of many new-build homes in Miami that have virtual NFT counterparts, and it is no exception. The Reflection Manor is a real-life European-style chateau being built in Miami Shores at 1275 NE 93rd Street, with a virtual replica NFT in the Alpha City metaverse. Sakora Design is responsible for the architectural design.

Jorge Guinovart, the creator of Alpha City and a real estate developer, entrepreneur, and cryptocurrency specialist is the seller. Alpha City was created to create a metaverse with an economy and is recognized as the Social Business Lifestyle Metaverse. It combines virtual visual experiences with lifestyle and social opportunities that assist virtual properties to increase in value.

"Most NFT homes are either the home itself and not situated on a parcel of land, or they are both an NFT home and digital land, but there isn't much to explore outside the property boundaries," Forbes' Jorge Guinovart explains.

"While game developers create many virtual worlds, the Alpha City was conceived with a social approach rather than a traditional gaming focus, which will create a broader appeal."

The Miami Shores home is a French chateau-inspired structure that will be 6,000 square feet when finished. There will be six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a majestic, double-height foyer, Gaggenau appliances, a wine room, a game room, and a full holistic health wing with a gym that opens to a covered terrace.

The ultra-private primary suite, full of boutique-worthy closets, will undoubtedly entice owners looking for a luxurious, hotel-like home. The NFT counterpart will appear identical but will also include many social opportunities, realistic visuals, landscape color schemes, and aesthetics that reflect the beauty of modern cities.

The home is listed for $7.7 million with ONE Sotheby's International Realty's Juliet Silver, who also believes that real estate and the metaverse are here to stay.

Owning a digital home provides owners with countless opportunities for passive income. Hosting social events and early property appreciation that's sure to rise exponentially as more people invest in this emerging market.
